He was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on August 13, 1955.
He obtained his Bachelor of Architecture in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 1981. Professional association with the “Dominican College of Engineers, Architects and Surveyors (CODIA)”.
The son of an architect and engineer, he founded a family business Diconfo, C x A in 1979. Being responsible for the designs of the company from its foundation to the present.
As the leader of the company, he has been involved in projects of all types and sizes, these include commercial, residential and tourist architecture and construction projects.
The main project includes, responsible for the Design and Supervision of the "Pan American Games Santo Domingo 2003".
Leonardo's passion for creating, the ability to understand clients' needs, and commitment to each project qualify him to offer exceptional design and build solutions.
